Local Amenities

We have provided details below of local amenities, to help parents make best use of their time while girls are at the club. To maximise the time you have available, drop girls in time to catch the walking bus over to the Covenham Grounds.

Cobham Curve Clubhouse

Parents are welcome to use the main Clubhouse (next to Munro House) at any time, which has a welcoming bar and TVs showing sport events.

Supermarkets

There is a large Sainsburys Superstore with a petrol station and a Waitrose in Cobham, both just a few minutes from the Club.

Sports Shop

Adrenalin Sport in Cobham hold stocks of sticks, gum shields (standard and for braces), eye goggles, stick bags, lacrosse balls, trainers and studs.

Cobham Village

Cobham has a large range of shops and restaurants. There is a large pay and display car park, noted on the map here. For more information on the shops available click here.

Postcode Map

We have created a Postcode Map, to help parents to arrange lift sharing. No names or addresses have been used to create the map and it is not linked in any way to our data. It is just a standalone map of postcodes. If you would like to get in touch with anyone living close to you, please note down the postcode by clicking on the relevant marker pin and get in touch with our Membership Secretary, Sheena Macrae who will arrange that for you. If you would like your postcode removed from the map, please let us know.

Dog walking routes

Dogs are not allowed on the lacrosse pitches or in the Rugby Club grounds. However, there are plenty of local dog walking routes nearby and we have created a number of Route Maps to show you where these are.

Active parents

We have a number of parents who run, jog or walk round the edge of our pitches during training, which we love and encourage any interested parents to join in. We also know that a few parents come and cycle in the local area during training. If we can help co-ordinate this to get more parents involved, or provide route information, please do get in touch.
